NINtec Systems Limited (NSL, part of Gateway Group) was listed this year in April on Small & Medium Enterprises platform of Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE – SME). This IPO has successfully oversubscribed and since its listing, it has been continuously catching the media’s attention and interest of many institutional and other types of investors.

“GIFT Programme" (Gateway Internal Fast Track) - A new initiative for the Fast Track Career Development.
We would like to congratulate Nirmit Shah on clearing GIFT, he has been promoted from Software Engineer to Senior Software Engineer.
We are proud to introduce a new initiative from January, 2017 to encourage individuals Fast Track Growth to the next level in the ladder chain.
Evaluation Process: As a part of this process at Team 1, a standard, transparent and quantifiable system based on the KRA’s is defined uniformly for all the levels. Every aspired applicant goes through various evaluations including a rigorous formal meeting with the Technical Committee comprising of Technical Experts with various skills. This initiative is named “GIFT Programme (Gateway Internal Fast Track)”. Based on the evaluation grades, applicant’s capabilities and meeting KRA’s for the next role, a detailed transition plan is created and an individual is given the next role in the ladder chain. For now this is limited to the technical team.
Tech Meetups-Ongoing initiative by the Tech Team!!!
The IT industry goes through frequent shifts, hence it is necessary or rather mandatory for us to know the latest trends. To address and tackle the same we have formalized the process of knowledge sharing via Tech Meetups.
Tech Meetup… is like think tank. It’s an opportunity for participants to discuss/brainstorm on specific topics.
Specific exercise and knowledge is incorporated to stimulate cross-fertilization of ideas which allow participants to problem-solve approaches or to gain knowledge on the given topic. These workshops include individual sessions with practical demonstration and brainstorming.
These sessions are open for all departments for knowledge sharing and practically approaching the latest technologies.
Meetups are planned bi-weekly. So far 15 sessions have been conducted.
