Job Purpose:

Looking for an experienced Assistant Manager / Manager – Accounts & Taxations to manage multiple operations of the taxation and accounting practice

Minimum Relevant Experience:

  • 2+ years of extensive articleship training and experience preferably gained from CA firm in Statutory compliance (TDS returns, Finalization of Accounts, GST compliance, SEZ/STPI compliance).

Academic Qualification:

  • CA with experience of 2 to 4 years or ICWA/Inter CA with 5 to 7 years of experience

Responsibilities:

  • Finalization of Balance Sheets for companies, firms, trusts, individuals and consolidation
  • Responsible for complying with provisions of TDS, Goods & Service Tax (GST), PF/ESIC/PT and other related Statutory Compliances
  • Managing account payables/account receivables
  • Delivering a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe
  • Building relationships and interacting with clients to provide excellent planning, consulting and expertise
  • Identify and mitigate tax risks
  • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits
  • Maintain tax balances on general ledger

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of IT Scrutiny related preparation work
  • Working knowledge of preparation for submission in Scrutiny assessment/Appeals will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of Payrol Processing and co-ordination with HR Department
  • Should be able to manage effective communication with Banks
  • Working knowledge of Tally, MS Office, Excel and other relevant application
  • Excellent knowledge of tax accounting, tax compliance and all types of tax returns
  • Good at meeting deadlines and solving problems
  • Strong analytical skills with detail orientation
