- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
- Hands-on experience with various selection processes ( Video Interviewing, Phone Interviewing, reference check etc. )
- Must have IT / International hiring experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong Negotiation Skills
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer/Engineering. Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.
- Passionate about recruitment & providing an exceptional candidate experience
- Experience in Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using various strategies to attract or build your database of the right candidate pool.
- Take complete ownership of the assigned business unit (Stakeholder Management, requirement forecasting)
- Assess applicants relevant Knowledge & Soft Skills experience and aptitudes
- Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processing
