Skills required:

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or staffing agency recruiter)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes ( Video Interviewing, Phone Interviewing, reference check etc. )
  • Must have IT / International hiring experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong Negotiation Skills
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in IT/Computer/Engineering. Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.


  • Passionate about recruitment & providing an exceptional candidate experience
  • Experience in Sourcing and recruiting candidates by using various strategies to attract or build your database of the right candidate pool.
  • Take complete ownership of the assigned business unit (Stakeholder Management, requirement forecasting)
  • Assess applicants relevant Knowledge & Soft Skills experience and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection processing
