Business Analyst (Native German Speaker)

We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into clear and actionable user stories through close collaboration with Product Owners and Business Users. The candidate must possess strong communication skills, be a native German speaker, and have hands-on experience with project management tools like Azure DevOps. Proficiency in ideation platforms like Miro Board, a solid understanding of enterprise-scale business application analysis, and a background in technology will ensure success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Users to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business requirements into well-structured user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Utilize Azure DevOps for efficient project tracking, sprint planning, and backlog management.
• Communicate effectively in both German and English, ensuring clear documentation and stakeholder engagement.
• Use Miro Board for ideation sessions, brainstorming, and effective collaboration.
• Conduct enterprise-scale business application analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for both business and technical teams.
• Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Experience or knowledge in the automotive industry is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Native German speaker with professional fluency in English.
• Proven experience with Azure DevOps or similar project management tools.
• Familiarity with ideation tools such as Miro Board.
• Background in technology or experience working closely with technical teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with an ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience in enterprise-scale business application analysis.
• Prior experience in the automotive industry is advantageous.
