Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and ambitious Business manager to join our team in the Benelux region. As a business manager, your primary responsibility will be to identify and acquire new business opportunities, targeting potential clients within the Benelux market. You will be responsible for building relationships, conducting prospecting activities, and closing sales deals to achieve revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals.


  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Benelux region.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for targeted prospecting.
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Actively engage with prospects to understand their needs, present appropriate solutions, and address any concerns or objections.
  • Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions in collaboration with the sales team and legal department.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment of sales strategies and meet client requirements.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue projections.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business growth.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand professional network and promote company offerings.


  • Proven experience as a business manager or in a similar sales role, preferably within the Benelux market.
  • Strong track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive and result-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Knowledge of the Benelux market and understanding of industry trends and dynamics.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch and/or French is highly desirable.
  • Willingness to travel within the Benelux region as required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
