The Talent Management will support the activities of Gateway Group team.

Looking for someone with:

  • Proven working experience in Talent Management
  • Should have understanding of Technology

Academic Minimum Qualification:

Any Graduation. Master’s Degree would be an added advantage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Managing overall allocations.
  • Analyzing of bench resource timesheets.
  • Keeping track on allocations ending on weekly/monthly basis.
  • Planning for the bench employees in consultation with PM’s & DH’s
  • Preparing & maintaining Allocation Summary for each allocation request.
  • Monitoring of Partial free resources timesheets.
  • Timesheet reviewing of non-allocated employees and monitoring their work done.
  • Analyzing of all internal projects via timesheets and allocations.
  • Other report generation as per required.
  • Preparing/Maintaining Resumes as per requirement.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication, listening and people skills are essential.
  • Working knowledge of the internet and MS Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
