Paid Marketing Specialist


Experience Required:

Our marketing team is growing, and we are looking for an experienced paid marketing specialist who can work with digital marketing team to supports its evolving needs.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Strategize paid campaigns primarily for LinkedIn, Facebook & Google AdWords
• Recommend and execute other campaigns on media channels as appropriate for brands
• Develop in-depth analysis to design the calendar plan for multiple brands.
• Drive campaigns for multiple goals which ranges from brand awareness to lead generation.
• Execute the planned campaigns through manual, automated and custom bidding methods.
• Work with brand managers, creative & content team to get the relevant landing pages and other items in place for       the execution of campaign.
• Bring fresh perspectives and strategic thinking to drive results and proactively solve problems.
• Monitor & prepare robust reporting to showcase current results and target KPIs.
• Contribute to marketing and creative brainstorming initiatives.
• Consistently manage and optimize all paid advertising campaigns.


• Knowledge and experience working in IT/Technology industry is must.
• Well versed in research and analytics skills.
• Demonstrated ability to present metrics and also thoroughly explain what is working and what isn’t.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and project management skills
• Ability to think creatively and problem solve when faced with new challenges.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and deliver quality work in an efficient manner.
• Willingness to expand on their knowledge and continue education in the paid advertising field.
