Personal Assistant to Chairman

Experience Required:
3+ Years
Responsibilities –
- Administrative Support: Handling the Chairman’s phone calls, personal messages, and other modes of communication
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Helping organize trips, booking reservations, and making sure all travel details are sorted out
- Handling Expenses: Keeping track of the Chairman’s personal spending, getting money back when needed, and keeping records of their money matters
- Taking Care of Properties: Watching over the Chairman’s personal properties, talking to property managers, and ensuring the houses are well-kept
- Organizing Events: Assisting the Chairman in planning and managing personal parties, get-togethers, and special occasions
- Running Personal Errands: Completing tasks for the Chairman, like shopping, buying gifts, arranging personal trips, and other personal jobs
- Doing Extra Tasks: Taking care of other random jobs and duties as assigned by the Chairman
