• Project Lead & Scrum Master
• Responsible for managing development activities/ business implementation and delivery excellence
• Structured and ability to document
• Product design & development, product vision and road map, project planning & execution, hardware prototyping (IoT), Agile Development, Scrum, requirement analysis, vendor management, cross-functional team management, client relations and presentation, technology consultation.
• Requirements gathering and tracking
• Time-boxed deliveries and Scrum Master
• Risk management
• Defining and optimizing pricing, business and marketing plan

Desired Candidate Profile

• Must have 7+ years of experience
• Experience working with cross-functional team with Agile Scrum or Kanban methodologies
• Experience in managing team, can coordinate and help the team to deliver with both high quality and speed
• Working with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar is must
• Experience in managing stakeholders, clients
• Good to have Scrum certification
• Excellent communication skills
