Solution Architect – MERN -Onsite

Architecture & Design:

• Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance web applications using the MERN (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) stack.
• Define and implement best practices for architecture, design patterns, and technology selection.
• Develop a robust and scalable microservices architecture.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and advise on performance and scalability.

Team Leadership:

• Lead a team of engineers, mentoring them to build high-quality software.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to align technology with business goals.
• Conduct code reviews to ensure coding standards, maintainability, and performance.

Collaboration:

• Work with cross-functional teams (QA, DevOps, Product) to ensure smooth delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate functional and non-functional requirements into scalable solutions.
  Work with DevOps to streamline CI/CD processes and ensure cloud infrastructure alignment.

Technical Expertise:

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the MERN stack and emerging technologies.
• Perform research and development to evaluate new technology, frameworks, and methodologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and architectural challenges.

Technical Skills:

• Proven expertise with the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong knowledge of Typescript, ES6+, and modern web development practices.
• Experience with NoSQL databases, especially MongoDB, and database design principles.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and cloud-based solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies like HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerization technologies.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Jest, Mocha, or Cypress.
• Proficient with Git and version control systems.

• Experience in an architectural role, with a focus on leading technical teams.
