Sr. Content Specialist

Education and Skills:
• MBA (Marketing) OR Communications OR related fields.
• Proficiency in English Language Must – Reading, Writing and Communications.
• Technology or IT industry Experience is Must with 5+ Yrs of experience
• Should be able to write content for business and technical(minor) perspective
• Creative Thinker and Passion for Content in digital industry.
• Sharp writing, editing and proof-reading content.
• Proactive and quick Learner.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing required.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Ideate and contribute to content marketing strategy with digital marketing team.
• Ability to write quick short form and long form content to suit multi-channels.
• Carry out comprehensive market research to understand the context from business, target audience and technology perspective.
• Understand the digital landscape by region to understand market and accordingly frame all the content requirements.
• Develop smart communications by forming original content for website pages, social, email, campaigns and other digital media.
• Identify and create stories to capture attention which will reflect our brand, expertise and right position in market.
• Manage end to end content calendar right from content research to curation, to right publishing formats for key digital channels.
• Write compelling & unique content for audiences by industry and persona as required from time to time.
• Create blog posts, success stories, case studies, videos and other forms of content for our wins and other internal needs.
• Craft, edit video scripts to generate stories which will drive attention, engage and nurture the digital journey of target audience.
• Develop quality content assets such as Whitepaper, Infographics, Article, POVs etc. to communicate our competencies.
• Understand the content analytics to measure the content engagement and influence.
