We are looking for Travel Desk Manager who eager to work for our Company –


1. Manage end to end International Visa Process.
2. Manage travel plans international efficiently and cost-effectively – airlines, trains, transport, hotels and events.
3. Manage end to end ICT Visa Process work for EU Region.
4. Handle visa applications and formalities promptly.

5. Communicate with the person traveling regularly to keep them updated on logistics.
6. Manage emergency changes/cancellations in a professional and calm manner.
7. Handle visa applications and formalities promptly.
8. Handle all incoming travel requests and the processes that follow after.
9. Travel desk Back office work Management ( All documentation)


1. Ticketing searching with best Option ability through Amadeus Software so MUST & MUST to have Knowledge of bulk booking software and technologies like IATA, Amadeus.
2. International travel regulations, customs, embassy and currencies.
3. All our International office all internal and external travel Booking awareness specifically for EU Region
4. International travel exposure would be preferred, very specifically for EU Region.
5. A degree in Hospitality, Travel, Tourism, Business or relevant field.
