Jörg Höhner is CEO, AutoFacets - DACH, a global leader in digital solutions for the automotive industry and part of the Gateway Group. In these roles he is responsible for the global leadership of AutoFacet’s business intelligence and analytics platform, and for the AutoFacets operations in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH). His core responsibilities include devising and implementing the company’s long and short-term plans for internal and external growth and equity.

Jörg has over 20 years senior executive management experience in the areas of business intelligence, customer experience management, SaaS, analytics and market research across the globe, in sectors ranging from automotive, financial services, to retail, transportation and logistics. He has held international senior leadership roles in general management, strategy, sales, account management, operations and marketing. Over the course of his career, Jörg has become a well-known voice in the automotive industry on the topics of business intelligence, advanced analytics and customer experience management.

He joined AutoFacets from Autorola Group where he was Global Managing Director INDICATA. Prior to that, he held senior executive roles at Vital Insights (Enprecis Group), Maritz and Ipsos.

Jörg serves a number of various automotive, business intelligence and customer experience association directorships. He is a highly rated key note speaker on international industry conferences as well as an author of many articles and white papers on business intelligence, customer experience and automotive topics.

He has also served as a part-time adjunct professor for marketing research.

Jörg holds a master’s degree in business administration.
