Kala has over 30+ years of experience in conceptualizing, building and delivering enterprise solutions. She is an empathetic, agile, & enthusiastic leader, with proficiency in managing people, customers and processes. She has been part of the digitalization roadmap of large enterprise global clients, helping them in scoping, architecting, managing, developing and implementing optimum solutions. She has worked with clients in multiple geographies like Europe, North America and Asia Pacific regions and in multiple domains like Retail, Healthcare, e-governance, manufacturing, banking and finance.
Kala’s motto through her career journey has been “Customer First” and “Happy Cohesive Teams”. She has been able to achieve this by ensuring that the projects she manages have Rp=Rj (right person doing the right job). With empowered teams, her passion for identifying customer needs, continuously measuring success and optimizing processes and solutions, she has been able to delight her customers by providing them the right solutions.
Kala has been a key player in devising the Gateway Way of Working that is the bible used by the internal teams to ensure process adherence. She loves to share her experiences and is a great mentor to her team. She pushes her teams towards technology explorations and innovations.
Kala loves travelling and listening to music in her spare time.
Kala has done her Bachelor’s in Science with Statistics as her major from St. Xavier’s College, Ahmedabad and her Master’s in Computer Applications from Maharaja Sayajirao University, Baroda.
