To me, leadership is more of an art or a skill rather than a science. Sense of humour is part of the art of getting along with people, and getting things done. To do great things is difficult, but to command great things is even more difficult. I have been a teacher throughout my life. I believe in mentorship. Thus, I say, earn your leadership every day. A good leader is a person who takes a little more than his share of the blame and a little less than his share of the credit.
