Finance- Executive

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance executive to manage and oversee the financial health and performance of multiple investee companies. The role involves end-to-end ownership of monthly financial reporting, including finalization of P&L and Balance Sheets, along with preparation and monitoring of cash flow statements at both company and fund level.

Key responsibilities

• Finalization of P&L and Balance Sheet on monthly Basis of the investee companies using different European accounting software.
• Prepare and maintain the Cash Flow / P&L Report for Investee companies
• Prepare and Maintain the Cash flow / P&L Report for the Fund considering all investments
• Maintain all relevant agreements and documents for investee companies and investments
• Support finance and operations of the investee companies
• Cost optimization, Ops Support to CEO of investee companies to maintain healthy P&L / Cash Flows
• Manage AR and APs for investee companies . Run payment batch, Customer Dunnings
• Maintain all necessary reports to track business' KPIs.
• Business Analysis and proactive suggestion on achievements of KPIs
• Reconciliation of payrolls, VAT run and reported by external accountants
• Prepare data for the board meetings and present to support CEO

What you'll bring

The SSC (Fin/Acc Legal) role primarily involves managing financial and accounting activities in a legal context. This includes maintaining financial records, conducting legal research, and utilizing relevant software tools to support financial and legal operations. The role requires a strong grasp of Excel and financial software, with the ability to work in a legal framework.
