Shivangi Vakil is our Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) & Head of Resource Management Group (RMG), responsible for driving people strategy and optimizing resource allocation across the organization, ensuring alignment with the company’s business objectives. Her role focuses on building a strong talent ecosystem, enhancing workforce efficiency, and supporting sustainable growth for automotive companies. Prior to this, Ms. Shivangi served as Vice President, leading finance and legal affairs, along with heading Human Resource Management. She brings over 16 years of experience in management and operational strategy. Shivangi holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance and HR.
