He brings over 23+ years of experience in the global IT industry, spanning corporate business strategy, customer relationship management, and ensuring operational excellence across the organization.
He focuses on driving sustainable growth with key clients by strengthening relationships and aligning them with structured business practices across the group globally.
Pratik is known for building high-performing teams and consistently pushing beyond expectations. He works closely with Recruiting, MarCom, Business Development, and Resource Management functions to optimize performance and drive alignment, fostering a culture of excellence at Gateway.
He is an avid cricket enthusiast and holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.
