The Chilli Powder Phenomenon was practised by Prof. Pillai to bring the best out of individuals by making them go through Life-Changing Experiences in an experiential format of learning.

He conducted a few uniquely crafted Management Development Programs in the organisation. These programs not only enriched the participants but also enlightened them. Meditation and self-enlightenment were the focal points of these initiatives.
