He is a Certified Professional and a Mentor for the Psychology at Work from the University of Western Australia. He is also a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach possessing Self-Assurance, Activator, Ideation, Command and Communication as his top 5 strengths.

Having graduated in Physics and a holding a post-graduation in Information Science, Rushikesh has deeper insights on the diversities and inherent complexities of Human Behaviour and loves to identify himself as a perpetual student of the Subject.
