His pivotal role extends to driving global inorganic initiatives, known as ‘Buy & Build’ strategies, with a distinctive blend of Indian heritage and extensive Dutch and international exposure. Before venturing into entrepreneurship, Vipin accumulated valuable experience in multinational corporations in the USA and the UK.

With over 25 years of managerial and consulting expertise, Vipin is recognized as an ‘Innovation Agent.’ His career includes diverse experiences of innovative business strategies, consultancy-driven growth, and the founding of multiple startups in IT and other sectors. Renowned for his hands-on approach to accelerating and innovating businesses, he has managed diverse teams and business units across 12 countries and 5 continents, primarily in the technology sector.

Vipin’s diverse experience across the global Automotive and Transportation value chain uniquely positions him as a thought leader in the domain’s technological evolution. He passionately believes that Next-Gen Mobility solutions will be instrumental in reshaping these industries.

An active media presence and frequent speaker at industry events, Vipin also contributed significantly as a Board Member for The Netherlands India Chamber of Commerce and Trade (NICCT) for eight years, including serving as NICCT Chairman from 2015 to 2017.

Equipped with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences Engineering and a Master’s in Business Administration, Vipin lives by the mantra, “There is no substitute for hard work.”
