Roles & Responsibilities:
• Owns Brand Strategy
• Based on the sales strategy, defines Vision, marketplace & positioning for the brand
• Manage brand budget and allocation & utilization
• Planning & executing the Media plans for the brands backed up with research & strategy for B2B (IT Industry)
• Implement strategy, guidelines, and processes to facilitate seamless and connected digital marketing across all digital touchpoints
• Closely working with Business & Creative teams to drive Good Quality for Leads
• Based on various Analytics available, analyze the performance of past campaigns and implement learning in ongoing/future campaigns
• Responsible for generating MQLs
Requirement:
• 5+ Years of Relevant experience handling brands in the IT industry
• Strong knowledge within the areas of Digital marketing – (B2B IT Sector)
• Strong influencing and interpersonal skills (e.g., communication, cross-functional collaboration)
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in marketing – Digital Marketing.
• Exposure to the International market
• Strategic and Analytical mindset
• Knowledge of SEO, SMM, SMO, Email Marketing, Organic & In-organic

What will you do?
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities to expand our Technology services and Solutions offerings in the DACH region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Opening New Logos
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting/demand creation, deal pursuit/management and deal/contract closure
- Be the face of Gateway Group in the market and help position Gateway Group as a trusted technology service provider within the customer executives
- Pricing negotiations – support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals
- Manage the relationship with the clients post contract closure to ensure that relationship remains on track
- Meet Sales Targets
- Reports to the Sales Lead DACH
Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional services sales experience
- History of Selling software services, solutions, products etc
- Track-record of successfully bringing new accounts particularly in DACH market
- Must be well networked and have dealt/interacted successfully with executives/CxOs of organizations
- Business level fluency in English & German
- The job entails travel within the DACH region and some travel within EU

Minimum Qualifications:
- 10+ years of professional services sales experience including as a sales executive/professional.
- History of Selling software engineering services and SaaS products
- Track-record of successfully bringing new accounts particularly in European market, automotive business solutions and client management.
- Must be well networked and have dealt/interacted successfully with CXOs of leading organizations
- Business level fluency in English & Dutch.
- Demonstrated ability to manage often complex negotiations.
- Ability to define specific problem statement.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- The job entails travel within the Netherlands and Belgium and some travel within EU.
