Requirements:
- E. / B. Tech / MCA or any other degree in Computer Science + MBA (optional)
- 2 to 4 years of experience in (Pre-Sales).
- Good proposal writing & presentation creation, logical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, client facing and people management skills.
- Sound knowledge on estimation and solution approach in diverse technologies (Custom development and Product development).
- Should be able to create whitepapers, case studies, capability statements and other marketing collaterals as a part of sales campaigns – independently.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Independently drive end-to-end Pre-Sales process including: Functional flows, high-level wireframes, creating the features list, product roadmap/phases and detailed functional requirements within the stipulated timeline.
- Create innovative presentations to inspire & engage the clients.
- Prepare and deliver Statement of Work (SoW) detailing the technical and commercial proposal.
- Experience with Products demo, Responding to RFP/RFI, Solution Architecture as per client requirements.
- Working with the solutions architect/SMEs to define the right technical solution that aligns with the client requirements.
- Bringing creative ideas and new value propositions while making presentations & proposals and Client responses.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to translate business requirements.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our CEO and executive team. As a recent MBA graduate with 0-2 years of experience, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth functioning of daily operations and assisting in strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage CEO’s calendar efficiently, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute meeting materials.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining professional communication in Norwegian and English.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing and responding appropriately.
- Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents.
- Maintain and organize files, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Order office supplies, equipment, and client gifts as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, such as filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Perform other duties and ad-hoc tasks to support the CEO and executive team.
Requirements:
– MBA or equivalent degree in Business Administration or related field.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
– Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
– Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
– Previous experience in an administrative or executive support role is a plus.
– Must be eligible to work in Norway

What will you do?
The Sales hunter has the following key responsibilities:
- Opening New Logos/Hunter
- Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting/demand creation, deal pursuit/management, and deal/contract closure.
- Be the face of AutoFacets in the market and help position AutoFacets as a trusted technology service provider among customer executives
- Understand the business problems and opportunities our clients and prospects are trying to address
- Leverage the Gateway Group’s ecosystem of capabilities across technology practices, industry verticals and product lines to develop solutions that address the client’s business problems
- Build and manage relationships with new logos and Advisors
- Develop customer sponsors, identify influencers and decision-makers
- Pricing negotiations: support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis; negotiate prices for proactive bids and proposals.
- Manage the relationship with the client’s post-contract closure to ensure the relationship remains on track.
- Hitting Sales Targets
Minimum Qualifications:
- 8+ years of professional services sales experience, including as a sales executive/professional.
- History of Selling software engineering services and SaaS products
- Track record of successfully bringing new accounts, particularly in the European market, automotive business solutions, and client management.
- Must be well-networked and have dealt with or interacted successfully with CXOs of leading organizations.
- Business-level fluency in English & Dutch.
- Demonstrate the ability to manage often complex negotiations.
- Ability to define specific problem statements.
- Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations.
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- The job entails travel within the EU.
