The Gateway University Program

We Breed Entrepreneurs

The DNA of Gateway is to deliver measurable and tangible business value. And, we know that with the changing trends and markets, the most adaptable one is the ‘young blood’ of the industry. Thus, every year, Gateway scouts fresh and promising talents from various colleges to ensure excellence in delivery.

Campus recruitment - a GatewayUniversity Program, is a yearly activity which begins in the months of June-July with offers being rolled out by November-December. We welcome the project trainees in the 3rd week of January and commence the program.

With our extensive learning paths, we define a career road map of up to 2 years for each talent.

We believe in strategic investment into talent by analyzing the trends inside the organization as well. We map these trends for up to 1.5 years and have lengthy dialogues with our business heads and technical heads to chart out the future of our practices and emerging market trends. This is where the process of Campus Recruitment - Gateway University Program begins.
