Together with the CFO, he Manages the consistent growth for the group, retaining 100% financial stability and continuous sustenance of the company.

Lina Budhwani is the Chief Financial Officer at Gateway Group. In her role, Lina is responsible for Corporate & Business Finance, International Taxation, Financial Planning and Budgetary Control, Global Treasury and Risk Management of the Gateway Group.

With experience of over 15+ years in various segments of Finance Function, her key priorities are Revenue assurance and margin management to support the company’s growth, manage critical finance functions and adhere to regulatory and compliance requirements for all Group Companies across the globe.

She is also a part of the Strategic Planning Team for due diligence and project viability of the new initiatives of Gateway Group for diversification, organic and inorganic growth.

Lina is a Chartered Accountant by profession with a Master’s degree in Commerce and a Law Graduate.

Anit is the Finance Professional with 5 years of experience in investment industry as a certified Analyst, and has specialized in quantitative analysis and algorithm development.

He has a proven track record of success, and is known for his ability to create innovative solutions to achieve tangible results with his analytical skills. He has designed sector specific quantitative models with predictive analysis for various investment avenues.

In addition to an investment advisor professional, he loves teaching and has taken lectures on fundamental analysis. He is highly passionate about his work and strive for excellence in everything that he does. He is a lifelong learner, always seeking to deepen his knowledge and understanding about the markets.

He has done Masters in Business Administration with finance specialization from one of the top business schools and was among the top 5%ile in his batch.

Alf Lande has the expertise within business model innovation and the convergence of media. He has worked as an executive in several media companies (film, radio and print) from 1988 to 1996, after 4 years in the public sector and also was a professor in Denmark. As a strategy consultant since 2000 (CEO of LAC AS), he has had more than 50 clients across the Nordics, focusing on the transformation of analog to digital media. He has both worked with leading analytical agencies and business associations.

For the past three years Alf Lande has increasingly focused on digital agencies in Norway and Sweden and has been hired as a CEO in Pingbull as part of the company’s transformation to become the digital care of RedInk, one of the leading communication agencies in Norway. He has been working as a chairman and leading the transformation of Sticky Beat from being a classical digital agency to an innovational and transformational partner to its clients. The urgent need to create and develop players that deeply understand digital transformation is now an imperative strategic focus area for most businesses – the main motivation for Alf Lande to join Gateway Digital AS as a CEO.

Ola Hammarlund is the CEO of Gateway Digital Sweden. He was formerly heading the Sweden and Finland business for Tech Mahindra.

In a career spanning 26 years, Ola has led Swedish and Nordic programs and initiatives across various organizations. His strong forte in making clients transform with the help of Innovation and IT, together with extensive experience in larger deals, growth and making clients succeed are his core strengths.

In addition to this, Ola has been leading the Engineering Services for Tech Mahindra in the Nordic region. Furthermore, he has previous experience working at TCS with new business development, focusing on new logo acquisition in Sweden. Before that, he has held Management positions at Fujitsu, Bisnode, Tele2, WM-data/Logica (CGI), CSC (DXC) and Microsoft. Before entering ICT, he was working as a Management Consultant for 5 years.

Mikael joined Gateway Digital as a CEO for both Finland and Sweden in June 2019. He has an extensive experience in coaching teams for better performance through employee engagement. He has also been working in the IT industry with consulting, sales and development. In these areas, his largest contribution has been in the area of change management.

He also has excellent level of understanding multicultural group dynamics from working and starting up both consulting and developing organizations in multiple countries.

In the past, Mikael was a part of the General Management team in Aditro for six years and he was directly involved in both divestment’s and acquisitions. With Aditro his responsibilities also included key account management and business strategies with financial steering modelling.

Team and change management, finance, sales and software development have been his forte.
