Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and qualifying target leads and nurture them to convert into Business Opportunities. The SDR plays a crucial role in the growth of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate Sales Qualified Leads through various channels, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and cold-calling.
  • Work closely with Marketing Engine to influence Marketing Qualified Leads via Events, Inorganic campaigns and organic LinkedIn Campaigns.
  • Communicate Gateway’s services and benefits effectively to target prospects and diligently qualify them by understanding their needs, identifying their decision-making process and work with the Sales Leaders to nurture and win their Business.
  • Ideal candidate must be technically savvy (fair understanding of Consultative IT Service Selling, SaaS based Sales, Domain Understanding for Supply Chain, Automotive & Logistics and Standard Sales Processes).
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve team targets and objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of relevant experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.
