Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tableau Specialist to lead and manage advanced data visualization and reporting initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Tableau and a strong ability to interpret data, design visualizations, and collaborate with UI/UX teams to create compelling and insightful dashboards. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Interpretation: Analyze and interpret data based on business rules to ensure accurate insights.
• Visualization Design: Develop intuitive and visually appealing data visualization designs tailored to business needs.
• Report & Dashboard Management: Create, customize, and manage dashboards and reports for various business functions.
• Data Storytelling: Explore and transform data into actionable insights through effective storytelling.
• Personalization: Customize dashboards and reports to meet specific user requirements and preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX design teams to ensure seamless integration of data visualizations.
• Reporting & Insights: Deliver comprehensive reports and insights that drive data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Extensive experience with the Tableau tool.
• Proficiency in data interpretation, visualization, and storytelling.
• Strong expertise in dashboard and report customization and management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX design teams.
• Exceptional communication skills for presenting data insights to diverse audiences.

Good to Have:

• Experience with the Alteryx tool for data preparation and transformation.
