Key Responsibilities:
- Handle communications with key domestic and international clients and senior management.
- Manage the CMD’s calendar and schedule meetings across multiple time zones.
- Arrange high-level client engagements, preparing presentations and background materials.
- Track progress on high-value projects, ensuring timely updates from project managers.
- Analyze complex information to provide data-driven insights.
- Align tasks and projects with organizational goals to enhance efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- An MBA degree with a background in finance or operations is preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant experience as Executive Assistant with a focus on the IT/Tech sector
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
Key Responsibilities
– Write clear, persuasive, and engaging long-form content (e.g., blog posts, white papers) and short-form content (e.g., social media posts, email campaigns).
– Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and produce content that supports campaigns and brand initiatives.
– Create original, well-researched content for a range of platforms including social media, websites, newsletters, and promotional materials.
– Adapt writing style to suit different platforms, while maintaining a consistent brand voice.
– Research and stay updated on industry-related topics, particularly in technology and software development.
– Write creative and catchy taglines, headlines, and calls-to-action to drive customer engagement.
– Use SEO best practices to optimize content for visibility and search engine ranking.
– Proofread and edit content for clarity, grammar, and accuracy.
Job Summary:
The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and qualifying target leads and nurture them to convert into Business Opportunities. The SDR plays a crucial role in the growth of the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate Sales Qualified Leads through various channels, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and cold-calling.
- Work closely with Marketing Engine to influence Marketing Qualified Leads via Events, Inorganic campaigns and organic LinkedIn Campaigns.
- Communicate Gateway’s services and benefits effectively to target prospects and diligently qualify them by understanding their needs, identifying their decision-making process and work with the Sales Leaders to nurture and win their Business.
- Ideal candidate must be technically savvy (fair understanding of Consultative IT Service Selling, SaaS based Sales, Domain Understanding for Supply Chain, Automotive & Logistics and Standard Sales Processes).
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve team targets and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1+ year of relevant experience
