Job Description:
The SDR - India - DiLX role is for a go-getter named account strategy champion, who has background in Supply Chain and Logistics and is adept at using the relevant tools for prospecting and building the sales pipeline. Must be a good orator and passionate about digital logistics/supply chain technologies.
Job Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Targets: Generate €1M in qualified pipeline monthly, €3M quarterly.
- KPIs: Complete 50 outbound calls/emails daily, 375 weekly, and 1500 monthly outreach activities. Book 15 demos monthly.
- Lead Metrics: Contact 200 new leads per month. Achieve 50% conversion from MQLs to SQLs.
- Prospecting: Use LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Lusha, and AI tools for lead generation. Conduct GDPR-compliant outreach via email, calls, and social media.
- Pipeline Management: Focus 80% on target accounts and 20% on MQLs. Ensure smooth lead handoff to sales with clear communication.
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales development or lead generation, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and AI-driven lead generation tools.
- Strong communication skills, especially with C-level executives.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
