Job Description:
We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to join our team. You’ll identify and engage qualified leads across European markets through targeted research and outreach, helping to build a strong sales pipeline. Partnering closely with sales and marketing, you’ll set up discovery calls and refine outreach strategies to drive growth. Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate qualified leads through smart research, outbound outreach, and email campaigns.
- Design and execute targeted email campaigns to engage prospects across Europe and other international markets.
- Set up meetings and discovery call for the Business Development team with potential clients.
- Use industry-standard lead gen tools and platforms to build prospect lists, monitor engagement, and optimize outreach.
- This role offers the opportunity to work closely with the front-ending sales team and be actively involved in the end-to-end sales cycle, providing broader exposure and growth across the sales function.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and outreach strategies.
- Maintain and update CRM tools for accurate tracking and reporting.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2–6 years of proven experience in B2B lead generation, email outreach, and setting appointments.
- Exposure to international sales, preferably the EU market.
- Background in Product or Services industry.
- Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive, data-driven, and detail-oriented mindset.
