Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Brand Manager to lead branding initiatives, develop innovative campaigns, and oversee internal and external communication across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on tech-driven solutions, brand strategy, and creative development, with a deep understanding of the IT sector. This role is key in shaping the company's brand identity and ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
Job Responsibilities:
• Brand Strategy & Leadership: Develop and execute brand strategies to maintain competitiveness in the market. Lead multilocational initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and local adaptation. Manage integrated marketing campaigns across channels (digital, print, events).
• Creative Development: Collaborate with creative teams to create compelling visual and messaging concepts. Guide creative decisions using market insights and conduct brand audits for consistency.
• Campaign Management & Execution: Lead end-to-end branding campaigns, manage budgets, and track campaign performance. Ensure cross-functional collaboration with teams to align with company objectives.
• Tech-Driven Branding Solutions: Leverage data analytics, AI tools, and emerging tech to optimize brand campaigns and track performance. Align online and offline strategies for maximum impact.
• Stakeholder Management: Work closely with senior leadership on long-term brand vision. Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and represent the brand at industry events.
• Team Leadership & Collaboration: Lead and mentor a team of branding professionals, ensuring high-quality, timely work aligned with the brand strategy. Collaborate with global teams for consistent messaging across regions.
