What will you do?
As a Senior Sales Professional, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by positioning our technology products effectively in the market.
Minimum Qualifications:
- 4–12 years of experience in B2B product sales, preferably within SaaS, software products, or IT solutions.
- Proven track record of winning new business in international markets, especially Europe.
- Strong background in solution selling and consultative sales approach.
- Comfortable engaging and presenting to senior stakeholders and CXOs.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiations.
- Proficient in creating proposals, pricing strategies, and delivering persuasive sales presentations.
- Familiar with CRM tools, product demo environments, and pipeline reporting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English; additional European language(s) is a plus.

Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the full product sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Opening new logos and expanding into untapped market segments.
- Serving as the face of Gateway Group in the market and positioning our products as innovative and trusted solutions.
- Understanding business challenges and aligning our product offerings to meet customer needs.
- Leveraging Gateway Group’s suite of digital products to develop tailored value propositions.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with prospective clients, partners, and key decision-makers.
- Driving solution presentations and demos to showcase product capabilities.
- Negotiating pricing, structuring deals, and supporting value-based selling approaches.
- Managing post-sale client relationships in collaboration with customer success and product teams to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Meeting and exceeding defined sales targets and KPIs.
- Being open to travel for client meetings, demos, and industry events as required.
