Manager – Account Based Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development:
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop and implement comprehensive ABM strategies aligned with business goals.
• Identify key accounts and define personalized marketing plans for each, considering the unique needs and challenges of individual accounts.

2. Content Development:
• Create tailored and compelling content for target accounts, addressing their specific pain points and showcasing the value proposition of IT products or services.
• Work with the content team to ensure the development of account-specific collateral, case studies, and other relevant materials.

3. Campaign Execution:
• Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, webinars, etc.) targeted at key accounts.
• Utilize marketing automation tools and CRM systems to track and measure the success of ABM campaigns.

4. Data Analysis:
• Analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of ABM campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Provide regular reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.

5. Collaboration and Communication:
• Foster strong collaboration between sales and marketing teams to ensure a unified approach to account engagement.
• Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including sales teams, to align on goals and objectives.

6. Personalization:
• Implement personalization strategies for marketing efforts, ensuring that content and messaging resonate with target accounts.
• Leverage customer data and insights to create personalized experiences for key decision-makers within targeted organizations.

7. Relationship Building:
• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to connect with decision-makers.

Requirement:
• 8+ years of proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on Account-Based Marketing in the IT industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
