Frontend Tech Lead

Job Description

• Front End Lead to guide our front-end development team towards creating innovative, user-centric web applications.
• The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ReactJS, Next.js, and modern front-end technologies and methodologies.
• This role demands a blend of technical leadership, hands-on development, and a keen eye for design and user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using ReactJS, Next.js, and other relevant front-end technologies.
• Champion the adoption of best practices in front-end development, including responsive design, web accessibility, and cross Lead the front-end team in adopting modern development frameworks and tools to enhance productivity and code quality.
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and collaborate with the design team to iterate on design proposals. Manage project timelines and deliverables within the front-end team, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality output.
• Actively contribute to the architecture and design of new features and enhancements to existing applications. Promote a culture of learning and sharing by organizing code reviews, writing technical documentation, and conducting tech talks and workshops.
