Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and generating sales qualified leads. They will work closely with the sales team to identify potential customers and maintain relationships with existing ones. The Inside Sales Representative will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of all sales activity in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate leads through various channels, including social media outreach, email campaigns, and cold-calling.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and timely follow-up.

3. Communicate product features and benefits effectively to prospects and customers.

4. Provide accurate and timely sales reports and activity tracking.

5. Qualify prospects by understanding their needs and identifying their decision-making process and pass on the same to sales team

6. Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve team targets and objectives.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. 5 -7 Years of experience
  3. Proven track record of success in inside sales or a similar role.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office.
  8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  9. Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn and grow.

Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, including prospecting, lead generation, and closing deals
