Sr. Sales Manager – CyberSecurity

We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager drive new sales in the Swedish market within Gateway Group’s extensive portfolio of brands, services and solutions. This position will be based at our Stockholm Headquarters.


Position Overview:

As a Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our presence in the Swedish market by identifying and engaging potential clients, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and driving new business opportunities in the Cybersecurity Services sector, which includes global delivery models.

You will work from our Stockholm office and will have the opportunity to meet clients face to face, which may require occasional domestic and international travel. You will play a pivotal role in both the Swedish and global teams, collaborating with various stakeholders across different departments, including Marketing, Presales, Delivery, RMG, and HR.


Key Responsibilities:

– Carry Independent Sales Targets

– Identify potential clients, primarily in the mid-sized to large-sized segment.

– Connect with key decision-makers and nurture relationships.

– Secure meetings with prospects and promote G’SecureLabs Services.

– Qualify and pursue new business opportunities.

– Demonstrate hands-on expertise in sales agreements and negotiations.

– Possess a deep understanding of various business models.

– Successfully close new sales deals.



Apart from educational qualifications, our ideal candidate will be a driven “hunter” with a background in selling Cybersecurity Services/Solutions backed by a minimum of 7 years of experience. Experience in selling services related to information security and cyber security consulting services will be highly valued.
