  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their technical hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screenings, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in the creation and optimization of job postings to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and networking activities to promote the company and attract top talent.
