Technical Lead – .NET Fullstack

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with expertise as .NET Full stack to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining applications. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of web applications using .NET Core and Angular/React/Vuejs frameworks.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL databases, ensuring data security and efficient query performance.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including designers, analysts, and product owners to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications to improve functionality.
• Conduct code reviews, ensuring best practices in code structure, testing, and documentation.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in .NET Core and Angular/React/Vue.js to ensure modern development approaches.

Skills Required:

• Expertise in .NET Core framework and Angular/React/Vue.js (latest versions added Advantage).
• Strong proficiency in SQL, including stored procedures, performance tuning, and complex queries.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and Web Services.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Experience in the automotive domain or related industries.
