Technical Lead – .Netcore

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Lead with expertise in .NET Core to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent leadership abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality solutions.

As a Technical Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET Core applications. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining .NET Core applications.
• Profound knowledge of agile development methodologies, Entity Framework (EF), Microservices, hybrid architecture, PostgreSQL, RavenDB, and Azure functionalities.
• This role requires a blend of architecture design expertise, hands-on coding skills, and team leadership. Knowledge of TypeScript and ReactJS is an advantage.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, including code reviews, design reviews, and troubleshooting assistance.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure adherence to coding standards, development processes, and quality guidelines.
• Identify and address technical debt and areas for improvement in existing applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and deliver high-quality software solutions on time and within budget.
• Lead by example through hands-on development, demonstrating best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
8+ years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET Core
